Shipping and Delivery

When will I get my order?

Usually, it takes 3–7 days to fulfill an order, after which it’s shipped out. The shipping time depends on your location.

Estimated shipping times:

USA: 3–4 business days
Canada: 5-7 business days
Europe: 6–8 business days
Australia: 2–14 business days
Japan: 4–8 business days
International: 10–20 business day


Note: Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual because of COVID-19. We’re seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with the challenges of the pandemic. As such, shipping times may vary.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at orders@wingedbeastoutfitters.com

Where will my order ship from?

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Your order will ship from the closest possible facility.

Hey, fellow Canadians! We do our best to make sure your orders will ship from within Canada, but it can’t be guaranteed. If you have any questions, please get in touch.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

This used to be an easy question to answer, but then things got weird. 

In general, there used to be no customs on items shipping between the US and Canada, but an additional customs and tax fee can occur on orders. This goes for international orders as well.

This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
Ask your local post office if they have your package
Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them
Please contact us at orders@wingedbeastoutfitters.com with your order number.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at orders@wingedbeastoutfitters.com within a weeks’ time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Our Products

How and where are your products made?

Everything we sell is designed by me, Stirling Prentice. Each product is handcrafted (or digitally crafted by my hands)!

Our products are printed using a high quality print on demand fulfillment service. We made this decision for three reasons:

  1. It lets us offer the greatest variety of prints, styles, and sizes. 
  2. We feel it allows us to reduce our overall environmental footprint by keeping our production needs as lean as possible and ensuring that only products people want get made.
  3. It lets me spend more time designing stuff!
What kind of clothing do you print on?

Winged Beast designs end up on a wide variety of clothing items manufactured by a variety of companies.

I try to make prints that you’ll never get tired of, so I try to find clothing to carry those designs that will last for as much of that time as possible.

Will my purchase fit?

We include sizing information and charts with every product. There are  a lot of different bodies out there, so it’s a good thing to reach out if you have any questions.

If you’re unsure which size would fit better, please contact us and we’ll try to find the right size for you!

Are your products sweatshop free?

Wherever possible, we source ethical and sweatshop free items to print on. Some items are made in countries outside North America. In these cases, we research the company’s reputation to ensure it most aligns with our values.

Returns

What’s your return policy?

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at orders@wingedbeastoutfitters.com

What if I’m not satisfied with my purchase?

We’ve personally tested each of the products we sell and are confident you will be happy with them.

Because we use a print on demand fulfillment service we can’t offer returns. We’re pretty confident we won’t need to do this :0! But things happen, so we want to make it easy for you.

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us so we can resolve your concerns as quickly as possible.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. But we want to try and make things right first!

If any of these apply, please contact us at orders@wingedbeastoutfitters.com with photos of wrong or damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you. 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts — we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it’s possible that an item you ordered was mislabelled. If that’s the case, please let us know at orders@wingedbeastoutfitters.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund! 

Privacy

Is my personal information safe?

We will make every effort to ensure the privacy and security of your personal account information. We only retain information related to your purchase:

  • What products a customer ordered and when
  • Name, e-mail address, and phone number provided by the customer
  • Billing (and optionally: shipping) address entered by the customer
  • A note about payment method used by the customer

We use PayPal to process your payments, so we do not retain any financial information on our site.

Will you SPAM me?

No! If you sign up with an account, we will only contact you with information related to your purchases. 

We have an email list you can join, if you want to find out about new product releases, deals, and other news!
